A 72,000 square foot, 2-story office and laboratory building; negotiated Design Agreement and Construction Contract; performed complete design-build construction services; 2-45,000 square foot additions followed initial project.

Minnesota Mutual Fire & Casualty Insurance — 1981
A 37,500 square foot, 2-story office building; negotiated a Design Agreement and Construction Contract; performed complete design-build construction services.

A 3-year project involving sales/contract negotiating and complete design-build services; 10-story office, 350,000 square feet of multi-tenant office space over 370,000 square foot, 1100 car garage structure on 20 acre heavily landscaped site.

Hewlett-Packard Office Addition & Remodeling — 1983–1984
A 40,000 square foot, single story office addition and remodeling and a separate 5,000 square foot cafeteria/kitchen addition, all to existing Opus-built project.

National Car Rental Systems Addition & Remodeling — 1985–1986
A 110,000 square foot, 5-story office addition/remodeling to Opus-built corporate headquarters facility; work consisted of sales, contract negotiations & complete design-build services through project close-out.

Eagandale Office Center — 1986
A 75,000 square foot, 3-story multi-tenant, speculative office building for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, in Eagandale Business Park; full design-build services were provided for the master planning, individual building and tenant improvement build-out.

Sperry Computer Systems Division Headquarters — 1986–1987
A 155,000 square feet, 6-story build-to-suit office structure, designed and built for NML in the Eagandale Business Park; project was 100% occupied by Sperry Corp; full design-build services included interior office planning and improvements.
