Kraft Food Service Distribution Facility — 1989
A 175,000 square foot refrigerated and dry goods warehouse for repeat national account; full design-build services were provided following a bid competition.

Estrella East I & II — 1990–1991
Two 175,000 square foot each speculative, multi-tenant bulk distribution warehouses, tilt concrete construction, with 30 foot clear heights, built for Opus Southwest Real Estate account.

Tenant Improvements Projects — 1989–1992
Design-build department constructed over $12,000,000 of tenant improvement projects, building out more than 800,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail tenant space for both Opus Southwest Real Estate and third party owners/developers.
