Construction management services were provided to Howa Construction, a Utah general contractor performing a major renovation and conversion of an existing 115,000 square foot Gelco store to a high-tech regional data processing center for Lucky Stores.

Continental Center Office Building Rehabilitation — 1992
Full project management services were performed, from conceptual programming and design throug. tenant occupancy for this existing 40,000, 2-story multi-tenant office building. The structure had undergone substantial asbestos abatement, which was then followed by total rehabilitation of the shell building, followed by the coordination of 25,000 square feet of tenant improvement build-out.
