- While with the Opus Companies, signed contracts on over 33 design-build construction projects, totaling more than 4,000,000 square feet of space at a value of in excess of $160,000,000 or approximately $13,300,000/year over 12 years.
- Responsible for over 200 tenant improvement projects, ranging in size from 500–100,000 square feet, totaling in excess of 1,000,000 square feet, with a total value of over, $15,000,000.
- Expanded Opus Southwest Corporation’s customer base throughout the southwest region (Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico).
- Instrumental in opening a California satellite office for Opus Southwest Corporation.
- Undertook entrepreneurial risks & subsequent success by establishing a project management consulting business in 1992, during an unprecedented low economic period in the Phoenix real estate & construction markets.
